4SEMO offers a one (1) year warranty on workmanship with the following exception.  If shingles are installed during a period of cool weather (i.e.: fall, winter, spring temperatures below 70º F), they may not adequately seal until the weather warms or if the self-sealant gets dirty, the shingles may never seal.  Prior to sealing, shingles are more vulnerable to blow-offs and wind damage. This is the fundamental nature of shingles and not a manufacturing or installation defect, and we are not responsible for any blow-offs or wind damage that may occur prior to thermal sealing having occurred.
