Q:  Does 4SEMO offer free estimates?

A:  Yes we offer free estimates, except on insurance estimates.  For insurance estimates we charge 2% of the overall job cost or $150.  This fee is fully refunded when we go into contract with the customer to begin work. 

Q: Does 4SEMO work on structural damage, such as fallen floor joists?
